Stephanie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and completed her honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at King’s College, London. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings. In 2016 she was awarded an Honorary Clinical Lecturer role at Macquarie University, Sydney. She has presented at national and international conferences and in 2019 she received an IFSO Integrated Health Scholarship.
Stephanie has a strong interest in translating the complexities of the science of nutrition to suit individual lifestyles. Stephanie believes in a practical and functional approach to healthy eating and empowering clients to make lifelong healthy choices to achieve their goals.
Stephanie sees a wide range of clients, both paediatric and adult and has a special interest in the role of diet in gut health. She is a regular writer for the e-magazine Mindcafe.
Stephanie works with individuals and families to guide them through the link between diet and health, focussing on modifiable factors. She is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure she remains up to date with new developments and provides evidence-based medical nutrition therapy.
Stephanie has worked in a variety of clinical positions in hospital, community and private practice in both the UK and Australia.
Stephanie promotes a holistic approach to health, whilst taking into account cultural, religious beliefs and personal food preferences. She will work with you to achieve your health goals.
